Filled with handcrafted furniture, vintage textiles, lighting, decor, clothing, and one-of-a-kind finds sourced and made from artisan communities across Morocco — this shipment is full of pieces with soul, story, and history. So much beauty is headed to Asheville and we’re counting down the days until we can share it all with you and while the arrival date is still TBD, we promise it will be worth the wait.

Rebecca Weible is new to Asheville but not new to yoga! She has over 15 years of teaching experience, leads international and domestic yoga retreats and owned a studio in New York City for 10 years. Rebecca blends mindfulness, alignment and humor into her classes whether she's teaching vigorous Vinyasa, peaceful Hatha or Restorative yoga. Her additional background in occupational therapy makes her comfortable offering accommodations for all levels and all bodies. Music and sound influence and heal our nervous system so Rebecca feels there's no better combination than yoga with live music or a sound bath!
Vibrating Back to Life
Hi, I’m Adam. I discovered the powers of integral sound healing about 4 years ago as I navigated a bad car accident where it was suggested by the surgeon to have metal inserted into my neck. Instead I decided I would try other healing modalities. In discovering sound, I was blown away by the results of using vibrations. In my practice I have fallen in love with the crystal sound bowls and have developed a passion for intentional healing using the bowls. I’m very excited to spread positive vibrations throughout the community.

A sound bath with) Asheville Sonic Blessings will help you transcend the chaos, and reconnect with your body, mind, and Spirit. Take a deep, intentional breath and allow the healing vibrations of ancient and modern instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more, to restore your inner harmony as you are transported to a place of total relaxation. Refresh your perspective, and renew your awareness and appreciation for the gifts you enjoy everyday, but can sometimes lose sight of in the hustle of our busy day-to-day lives.
Stephen Miller has been delivering his Sonic Blessings for about 7 years. Whether listening to a song bird in a meadow, a church choir, a concert in a small club or huge stadium, or experiencing cultural uses of music when travelling; like Buddhist monks in Nepal chanting their mantras and playing their long horns, a Thai band playing a funeral song, a Native American playing a flute for a ceremonial dance, he has always been captivated by the power of sound and vibration to affect our energy and make us feel more connected to our environment and those we share it with.

We are experiencing ongoing and intensified stress in this world. This is impacting us on personal, physical and psycho-spiritual levels. Come join me for this Thursday evening class as we focus on coming back into balance and activating our resilience. We practice Kundalini Yoga which includes breath work, chanting, movement and relaxation with Sound Healing. Give your nervous system a break. Learn some effective tools to take home for reducing your own stress.
We will be hosted by Areté in their lovely, inviting and space. Wear comfortable clothing and bring your water bottle and a shawl to cover up for relaxation and meditation.
